Sigma Kappa provides a number of housing options to our collegiate members: chapter houses, lodges, and suites. Each type of housing is managed by either a corporation board, a property committee, or decorating committee. Sigma Kappa offers support and guidance to each type of property management. The responsibility falls either under a corporation coordinator or corporation liaison depending upon participation in the NHC. All Sigma Kappa chapters not having a local corporation board or property committee were made participators in the National Housing Corporation in 1994, when the NHC was incorporated. The participation of a local corporation in the NHC is by mutual agreement of both parties.
